| 摘 要： | 钙离子作为生物体内重要的信使，参与、调节生命体内的各种生理活动．通过抗生素头孢唑啉钠对HeLa细胞的刺激作用，揭示出抗生素类药物能够作为刺激物刺激细胞，而细胞则通过细胞内钙库钙的释放，使胞内Ca2＋浓度升高作为应答．

| Abstract: | Calcium ions as the important intracellular messenger regulate the many differ- ent cellular processes through the temporal and spatial fluctuations of Caz＋ concentrations. This paper demonstrates the effect of cefazolin sodium on intracellular Ca2＋. When cefazolin sodium as excitant injects into HeLa cells,it causes the increase of free Ca2＋ concentration as response of this stimulation by the release of Ca2＋ from the intracellular Ca2＋storing organelles. |
