| 摘 要： | 西藏自治区自2007年启动农家书屋工程以来,取得了很大的成绩。主要从图书资源、管理制度、人力资源、经费支持、制度保障等方面进行分析,对如何保持西藏农家书屋可持续发展提出了几点思考。

| Abstract: | Since starting the project of farmer book-store,Tibet Autonomous Region has made great achievement.This paper makes an analysis on the library resources,management system,human resources,funds support,and system guarantee,etc.,and puts forward some considerations about how to keep the sustainable development of farmer book-store in Tibet Autonomous Region. |
