| 摘 要： | 本文提出了用开关电容(SC)积木块电路 OFR 和 TSI 模似电阻 R 时的表达式,详细分析了在特定条件下模拟电容的情况,并通过定量分析确认只有 Bi 变换和 LDI 变换是可取的。在此基础上,作者提出了四种一阶高精度开关电容滤波器(SCF)的新电路,并对 Laker 等人提出的开关电容双二次电路进行了有益的修正。

| Abstract: | An equation is formulated for the simulation of resistance R by means of switch-capacitor,building blocks,OFR and TSl;and a detailed analysis of the capacitance simulation under specific condi- tions is given.Quantitatively,it is obvious that only Bi and LDI conversions are acceptable.Such being the case,the author Introduces four novel circuits consisting of high accuracy,1st order SCF and innovations in double secondary circuit SC due to Laker et al is made. |
