制造与业务系统的工业工程创新

摘    要:主要运用工业工程的观点,讨论制造与业务系统创新的特点、模式及其涉及的创新方案的制定与实施的问题。文中认为制造系统的创新具有派生性、累积性、广泛性和复杂性等特征,提出了一个制造系统创新的总体模式,该模式表明制造系统的创新必须使技术、结构、行为等三个子系统相互适应才能获得成功,并就这一问题提出了具体对策.

Abstract:From the point of view of IE, the feature and pattern of manufacture & operation system innovation is studied.The formulation and implementation of related innovation scheme is discussed.Manufacture system innovation is considered to have the feature of derivative, etc.; A general pattern of manufacture system innovation is suggested.According to the pattern, manufacture system innovation must not succeed,unless the subsystems of technology,structure and behavior are adapted mutually, and some practical suggestion are put forward to this problem.
