| 摘 要： | 重九起义之后，云南革命党人成立了以蔡锷为都督的云南都督府。贵州革命党于1911年11月3日发动反清起义成立大汉贵州军政府。1911年12月25日，蔡锷代表云南都督府致大汉贵州军政府的一则专门政府电文，主要内容关系贵州辛亥革命和滇川及全国革命形势，对整合西南地区革命力量联合推翻满清政府并获得胜利具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | After Chong-jiu uprising in 1911, Revolutionists in Yunnan Province set up Han military government of Yunnan. Uprising agianst the Qing Dynasty on November 3,1911, Revolutionists in Guizhou Province set up Han military government of Guizhou. On December 25,1911, CAI-e representing Han military government of Yunnan,sent a special Governmental telegraph to Han military government of Guizhou.The main contents relating the revolutionary situations of the 1911 Revolution in Guizhou Yunnan,Siehuan and even the whole China, had important significance for combining the revolutionary force in southwestern china to overthrow the Qing Dynasty.
