几个8-氨基喹啉新衍生物的合成及其在分析化学中的应用研究

摘    要:合成了四个8-氨基喹啉新偶氮衍生物,产品经 IR,TG,元素分析鉴定.对这四个化合物与金属离子的显色和荧光特性作了定性探索,建立了 Au(Ⅲ)、Co(Ⅱ)的新荧光测定方法.初步结果表明8-氨基喹啉7位氮偶衍生物是一类优良的荧光试剂.

Abstract:Four novel aminoquinoline derivatives:5—(4—antipyrinylazo)—8— aminoquinoline (AAAQ),8—(8—quinolylazo)—5—aminoquinoline (8QAAQ), 5—(5—quinolytazo)—8—aminoquinoline (5 QAAQ),5—Sodium Sulfonate —7—phenylazo—8—aminoquinoline (SPAAQ) are synthesized and characte- rized by IR,TG and elemental analysis.The acid dissociation constants of AAAQ and SPAAQ are determined by Spectrophotometric method.It can be drawn from the preliminary fluorimetric results that SPAAQ con be used as a fluorimetric agent for quantitative determination of metal ions as go- ld(Ⅲ),cobalt(Ⅱ) and platinum(Ⅱ)
