基于虚拟样机的电传动履带车辆性能仿真

摘    要:建立和分析履带车辆动力学数学模型;应用多体动力学软件RecurDyn建立履带车辆动力学模型及地面模型,通过MATLAB/Simulink建立驱动电机控制系统模型,联合动力学模型与控制系统模型构建完整的整车虚拟样机;利用该虚拟样机对整丰的运动学及动力学分析,并与实车试验数据对比,验证了整车虚拟样机模型仿真的正确性,为电传动履带车辆的研发提供了新的试验方法.

Abstract:Dynamics mathematic model was built and analyzed. The dynamics model and the ground model were built by dynamics software-RecurDyn. The drive motor control system model was built by MATLAB/Simulink. The dynamics model was combined with control system model to structure entire vehicle virtual prototype model. Kinematics and kinetic methods of analysis were used by the virtual prototype model. The correctness of simulation model was validated by comparing the simulation result with vehicle test data, thus a new experiment method was provided to electric drive tracked vehicle.
