Incorporation of photolabile azido fatty acid probes inNeurospora crassa andSaccharomyces cerevisiae

Summary Photolabile azido fatty acids supported the growth of fatty acid auxotrophs, thecel mutant ofNeurospora crassa and the KD115 mutant ofSaccharomyces cerevisiae.
