摘 要: | 物联网作为一门学科技术的新产物,国内相对应的具有物联网特色的微电子教学模式还不成熟。微电子技术为物联网技术提供硬件支撑,是物联网技术的重要组成部分。探讨在目前的微电子专业人才培养机制基础上,结合物联网技术特点,形成一个完整的具有物联网特色的微电子专业人才培养机制。

Abstract: | The Internet of Things(IoTs) is an emerging technical subject.As an essential part of the IoTs technology,the microelectronic technology provides a basic hardware support for it.However,so far,an associated efficient teaching mode of microelectronic professional personnel has not been formed in most universities of China.In this paper,we discuss how to develop the present microelectronic professional teaching mode in terms of the properties of the IoTs technology in future. |
