以技术团队为依托的专业教师实践能力提升探索与研究

提高教师专业实践能力,建设双师素质的师资队伍是推进职业教育发展,培养高素质技能型专业人才的关键。研究者在充分分析高职院校专业教师实践能力培养现状的基础上,结合专业特点,探索并实践了以技术服务团队为依托,通过项目运作培养教师专业实践能力的研究,从项目的实施、解决的关键问题等方面对高职专业教师实践能力的培养进行了阐述。

Exploration Improving Practical Ability of Professional Teachers Relying on Technical Teams

Improving teachers' professional practice and building double qualified teams is the key to promote the development of vocational education and to train high quality skilled professionals.On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the status of vocational colleges professional teachers' practical ability training,the authors carried out research to develop teachers' professional practice relying on technical services group through the operation of the project.From the implementation of the project,the solution of key question etc,this paper described how to train practical ability of professional teachers.
