文理大类培养与专业培养两种模式下大学生不及格率的比较研究

按文理大类培养和按专业培养是两种不同的高校本科人才培养模式。大学生的课程考核不及格率是反映学校人才培养质量的一个重要方面。通过对两种模式下一年级学生的不及格率做两独立样本的Mann-Whitney U检验,发现按文理大类培养能有效降低一年级学生在第一学期的不及格率;同时发现,在大文大理培养模式下,学生的不及格率随时间的发展有波动性趋势,呈现N形曲线。

Comparative Analysis of Undergraduates' Failing Rates between the Specialty Training Pattern and the Training Pattern of Arts and Science

The specialty training pattern and the training pattern of arts and science are two different undergraduate talent training ones.Passing rate of course assessment is an important aspect reflecting the quality of talent training.In this paper two independent samples of Mann-Whitney U verification are done to the failing rates of freshmen under the two patterns.By comparing,it is found that the talent training pattern will influence the undergraduate failing rates,and the training pattern of arts and science can lower the failing rate of the freshmen in the first term.And at the same time,it is found that,under the training pattern of arts and science,the undergraduate failing rate has the volatility trend along with the time development,presenting N curve.
