国际化视野下高职院校内涵发展的研究

实施国际化战略是高职院校内涵发展的必由之路。确立国际化战略的应有地位,必须深化认识融入文化,制订方案融入规划,强化措施着力推进;实施国际化战略的支撑点应该落脚在国际化办学理念、国际化资源配置、国际化培养目标、国际化专业课程、国际化交流合作等多个方面。国际化战略的行动步骤,必须在准备阶段、推进阶段和深化阶段分步实施。

Exploration on the Development of Higher Vocational Colleges'Connotation from Globalization Perspective

Impleting globalization strategy is the only way which must be passed in the process of development of higher vocational college' connotation.To establish the due status of globalization strategy,we must deepen the understanding of the culture to blend in it,formulate schemes to integrate the planning,strengthen the measures to promote the process.The supporting point of the strategy lies in multiple aspects such as global philosophy of schooling,global resource allocation,global training objective,global professional curriculum,global communication,etc.To succeed the globalization strategy,defining the concrete procedures in preparing,promoting and deepening period is important.
