水泥稳定粒料收缩试验

摘    要:采用正交试验方法开展水泥稳定粒料室内小梁收缩试验研究、先简要地介绍了小梁干缩试验步骤,然后采用正交试验方法,从集料级配、膨胀剂量、水泥剂量、细粒粘土四个角度研究小梁的收缩规律,在此基础上,从材料选择、混合料级配、水泥剂量、外加剂的使用、养护管理等角度提出水泥稳定粒料基层收缩裂缝防治措施,达到减少基层收缩开裂几率、减少裂缝宽度或延缓基层开裂的目的。

Abstract:The research of small beam shrinkage is studied using the orthogonal experimental method in this paper. First, main steps of small beam shrinkage experimentation are concisely introduced. Second, from the view of aggregate grade, swelling agent dose, cement dose and small granular clay, small beam shrinkage law is researched by using the orthogonal experimental method. On the basis of this, from the view of material selection, mixture grade, cement dose, the usage of additive and maintenance management, some measures are put forward for preventing cement stabilized subbase from shrinking cracking, and the targets of reducing the crack odds of subbase and the crack widths, or staying subbase from cracking are obtained.
