DFR法结构细节疲劳强度分析

摘    要:论述了细节疲劳强度额定值(DFR)的意义及各个DFR值之间的关系。通过对铝合金7050-T7451试件在3种不同加工状态下的DFR试验研究,试验结果分析表明,单纯地改善孔的表面粗糙度对其疲劳强度没有明显的影响,而挤压强化却明显提高了孔的细节疲劳强度。

Abstract:In this paper,the definition of detail fatigue rating(DFR)and the relation of various detail fatigue rating were dissertated.By the experimental studies of DFR of 7050-T7451 aluminum alloy were con- ducted in three kinds of different machining method.The results show that the method of simply improving the surface quality of the hole didn't work in the fatigue intensity obviously,but cold-working has been obviously strengthened.
