| 摘 要： | 设计了一种主要用于微传感器读出电路的输出缓冲放大器。该电路被设计为恒定跨导、Rail-to-Rail的结构，同时还具有输出共模范围大(0～5V)、输出电阻小、电路结构紧凑、非线性失真小等优点。仿真及流片测试证明了以上特点。

| Abstract: | An output buffer amplifier with compact structure used in detection circuit of micro sensor is presented. The op amp contains a constant-gm rail-to-rail input stage and a simple class-AB output stage and its output resistor is low. The simulation and measurement show that the output buffer amplifier could well be used in detection circuit. |
