| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查和座谈会形式，对开封市基础教育英语学科的教学情况进行了调查。结果显示，初级英语教育在实施基础素质方面取得了长足的进步，但是仍然存在着一些问题。

| Abstract: | educational the 21st century should be quality_oriented education which promotes and develops the student's overall qualities, so is English Education. This paper explores the teaching situation in junior and senior middle school in Kaifeng by means of questionnaire and informal discussions. The results indicate quality_oriented English education at the primary stage has made great progress, but still exists some problems. |
