| 摘 要： | 经过几年的大力培育,韶关市文化产业发展体系已经初步形成,文化产业在国民经济中所占的比例也迅速增加,但是韶关市文化产业的发展还存在着行业发展不平衡、缺乏有带头能力的“龙头企业”、产业发展亮点不多、人才流失等主要问题,解决这些问题要从加强整体规划以及创新投融资体制、企业运行机制、人才培养机制等方面入手。

| Abstract: | Shaoguan has been cultivating her cultural industry in recent years and eventually made a good progress. As well as a rapidly increasing proportion in GDP, the initial system of the cultural industry has been achieved in Shaoguan. However, there are still problems existed. For example, the unbalance among different branch trade. To solve these problems, the government should strengthen the plan of the cultural industry scientifically, and reform the way of investment, the management of the enterprise, and the method of training, etc. |
