| 摘 要： | 社会经济发展的不平衡和生源的特殊性，导致了高等农业院校经济困难学生资助工作的相对复杂性和弱效性。在新的形势下，如何做好贫困生的资助工作，是实现教育公平、落实人本理念的重要方面，也是高校综合实力的重要体现。建立家庭经济困难学生评价体系、物质资助和精神资助三大体系，实现鉴别与资助两步走、物质与精神两手抓，将有助于提高资助的功能，提升资助的水平。
