微波辐射从花生壳中提取木质素的研究

摘    要:探讨了用高沸点有机溶剂为萃取剂,在微波加热条件下提取花生壳中的木质素,得出最佳提取条件:微波辐射功率640 W,微波辐射时间45 min,萃取剂1,4-丁二醇水溶液(ω=90%),花生壳与1,4-丁二醇的水溶液之比(固液比)为1∶12(g∶mL).实验结果表明,该方法提取木质素,萃取率为38.4%,萃取时间短,萃取剂可重复使用,无废物排放,从而达到高效、无污染的效果,具有"节能减排"的意义.

Abstract:This article has discussed with the high boiling organic solvent heats up for extracting lignin from peanut shell in the microwave radiation.Its optimum extraction conditions:Microwave radiation power 640 W,microwave radiation time 45 min,extractant of 1,4-butanediol solution(ω=90 %),solid-liquid ratio 1∶12(g/mL).Experimental results show that the lignin extraction method,the extraction rate of 38.4 %,the extraction time is short,the extractant of reusable,non-waste emissions.To achieve efficient,non-polluting effect of the"energy saving emission reduction" of great significance.
