摘    要:在离心力的作用下,采用自蔓延高温合技术制备复合金属管,研究添加剂对内衬层致密度显微结构和显微硬度的影响。通过增加离心力或添加能延长熔融期的添加剂,可改善内衬层的致密度,减少气孔。

Abstract:The ceramic lined pipe has been produced by centrifugal process of self propagating & high temperature synthesis(SHS). The effects of the diluents on density, microstructure and hardness of ceramic lined are investigated. The results show that the microstructure and hardness of ceramic lined are different and the grains are of cylinder or axialite with adding of different diluents. The density and porosity are improved by increasing the centrifugal force or by expanding the cooling time with adding diluents.
