A Reflection on the Problem of Stability for Colleges Teachers' Team Construction

The college teachers will seek the stability out of fluid motion,and will flow on the basis of stability.Therefore, the college teachers'team construction will arrive at an idealistic state if the most stable and capable ones will combine with those who are bound to flow.Through the building of the academic,principle environment and the campus ecological environment,the stability of the college teachers can be reached.
