| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化进程的不断加快,中国企业面临的国际国内环境都发生了变化,为了在竞争中占有一席之地,必须不失时机地实施“走出去”战略,开展国际商务活动。对我国企业实施国际商务发展现状以及存在问题进行了阐述,并对我国企业实施国际商务的途径进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Along with the speeding-up of the process of the economical globalization,the domestic and foreign environments faced by Chinese enterprises have been changed greatly.In order to holds a tiny space in the competition,the Chinese enterprises must seize the opportune moment to implement the "Going-out" strategy and carry out the international commercial activity.This paper expounds the present developing situation of the international commercial business carried out by Chinese enterprises,illustrates the problems existing in the international commercial business,and analyzes on the paths for Chinese enterprises to carry out the international commercial activity. |
