摘    要:采用设置不同浓度梯度,研究EM菌对重金属镉的吸收富集.通过采用Langmuir模型和Freundlich模型的线性和非线性拟合发现,Langmuir型吸附模式能更好地描述Cd2+离子在菌体上的吸附,其线性回归系数R2达0.9992,而且EM菌对Cd2+吸附富集率达75.26%.

Abstract:The set of different concentrations of EM bacteria on cadmium absorption and accumulation. Found by using the linear and nonlinear fitting of the Langmuir model and Freundlich model, the Langmuir adsorption model can better describe the adsorption of Cd^2+ ions in the cell, a linear regression coefficient of 0.9992, and EM bacteria of Cd^2+ adsorption enrichment rate of 75.26%.
