| 摘 要： | 体育行为是指人在体育意识指导下对体育文化的理解和对体育运动的倾向性.本文就枣庄市5区1市60岁及以上的老年人体育锻炼动机、体育锻炼场地选择、体育锻炼项目选择、体育锻炼技能选择及体育消费状况进行调查,通过对调查结果的分析得出相应的建议.

| Abstract: | Sports behavior is a tendency in the sports consciousness under the guidance of understanding of the sports culture and sports. This paper surveys on physical Exercise Motivation of the elderly aged 60 and over, physical exercise site selection, the choice of physical education programs, physical exercise skills to select and Sports Consumption of Zaozhuang 5 District 1 City, corresponding recommendations obtained through the analysis of the survey results. |
