群孔加工路径的优化方法

摘    要:以最短加工路径为目标,建立了路径优化数学模型。在该模型的基础上,分析研究了多种典型优化算法,给出了具体实例的算法实现,对比了各类算法的实验效果。最后,根据理论分析和实验研究,针对算法评价指标复杂度、灵活度、局部最优概率、反馈信息利用率等及其权重,得到优化算法的模糊综合评价。

Abstract:The optimizing path mathematic model for holes machining is establishea for minimized length of path. Based on this model, several typical optimizing algorithms arc analyzed and researched, the algorithm realization of some concrete examples is achieved, and the experimental effects of various algorithms arc compared. Finally the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of optimizing algorithms aiming at the factors of eomplieation, agility, part optimizing probability, feedback information and so on is achieved.
