略论高校管理理念的变革

现代社会对高校管理的认识不应仅仅停留在科学管理的层面上,还应体现人本管理的精神,并且将两者有机地结合起来。高等学校的教师和科研人员的成熟程度以及高等学校的职能活动,决定教师和科研人员是高校管理的决策主体,行政人员是高校管理的执行主体。但现在"行政权力主导"的管理理念在我国高校影响很深。现实要求用"学术权力和行政权力各司其职"的新管理理念来指导高校的改革,并通过改革来强化这种新的管理理念。

On the change of the management concept of college

The recognition of the college management by the modern society does not only lie in the level of socientific management, but also embodies the spirit of care for human and combines both. The maturity of the colloge teachers and scientific researchers and the function activities of colleges decides that teachers and scientific researchers are the subjects of decision making of the college managemenwhile administrators are the executive subjects of college management.However the management concept of "administrative power dominating" has profound influence in our colleges. The rerality requires that the new management concept that"academic power and administrative power execute their own functions"guide the reform of college and that the new management concept be strengthened through reform.
