| 摘 要： | 通过偏差分析的方法,给不同的评委确定水平权重和公正权重,依此为指标分配评委的评价权重,以评价权重对评委的评价能力进行排序.同时,对最优者进行奖励的方法,以经济刺激手段来达到缓解和遏止在评判过程中的有意不公正现象,让每位评委的真实水平得以体现,间接达到更客观的反映选手的真实水平.将评委评价能力和选手水平在一个模型中同时进行评价.
