| 摘 要： | 目的]观察八段锦运动处方对1级高血压病患者康复治疗的影响。方法]将48例1级高血压病患者随机分为实验组与对照组各24例,两组均以常规药物治疗,实验组在此基础上进行八段锦运动处方干预治疗。疗程为24周,主要观察实验组治疗前后血压、血脂、胰岛素及血糖等指标的变化情况。结果]实验组经八段锦运动处方干预治疗后血压、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、胰岛素及血糖与对照组治疗后比较有显著性降低（P〈0.05）,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）却有显著性升高（P〈0.05）。结论]八段锦运动处方有明显的降压效果,而且能够改善高胰岛素血症,能使其血糖及血脂得到明显改善。
