| 摘 要： | 宁波古村镇的存亡令人担忧。目前作为保护古村镇最有效的法律保障手段实施范围非常有限，力度极其薄弱，故亟需在国家文物保护法的整体框架之下，立足宁波地区的实际情况，结合国内外在古村镇法制化道路上的经验得失．积极推进宁波古村镇地方立法保护工作的全面展开。

| Abstract: | Now the Ningbo ancient villages/towns are at stake while the legal safeguard is still very unsubstantial in all levels.So under the frame of Law of China on the Protection of Cultural Relics,taking Ningbo indigenous circumstance into consideration,it is highly urgent to advance the local lawmaking on the protection for ancient village/town of Ningbo by referring to the experience and lesson of legal protection for ancient village/town in foreign countries or other domestic districts. |
