| 摘 要： | 风险社会的概念最早由德国社会学家乌尔里希·贝克（UlrichBeck）于1986年提出。二十多年来，这一理论得到了不断地扩充和发展，在社会理论界、政策研究界和公众中的影响也与日俱增。本文希望透过风险社会这一理论视角来探讨和分析当前中国社会频发的公共安全事件，寻求解决问题的方法和途径。

| Abstract: | Risk society theory was first proposed by Germany sociologist Ulrich Beck in 1986.This theory is being continuously developed over the past 20 years. Its influence is growing steadily in social theory circle,policy research field and the public. This essay aims at seeking the ways of solving problems through the perspective of risk society theory,discussing and analyzing the public safety incidents that frequently happened nowadays in China. |
