金融学专业人才培养的业务规格设计及其对策

摘    要:文章基于根据金融学专业人才培养计划要适应金融机构的人才需求进行重新定位与设计。即根据商业银行、证券期货、金融保险机构的就业去向,以培养学生业务能力为核心,研究知识目标与执业规范之间结合点,从知识目标、业务能力、执业规范等方面设计了金融学专业人才培养的业务规格,认为应实现课程设置、教学方式一体化,并提出了相应的对策,凭借实战实验教学平台、金融机构的实习基地等平台,通过灵活多样的产学研合作办学方式,注重金融学专业职业岗位群的知识能力、操作能力和执业能力的培养。

Abstract:Talents training of finance program should be reoriented and designed in order to meet the needs of financial institutions. Based on employment destination from Commercial Banks,securities and futures,financial and insurance institutions,integration point between knowledge goal and practice standards is discussed as the core of trainning students' capacity. Standards for talents training of finance program is designed from knowledge goals,operational capacity,practice standards,etc. It suggested that curriculum and teaching methods should be integrated and the corresponding countermeasures are advanced. Financial institutions and industry-research-education cooperation are adopted to cultivate students' vocationally-oriented knowledge and operational skills.
