决明子挥发油成分的提取和品质研究

摘    要:采用索式提取法和超临界CO2萃取法提取决明子中的挥发油,同时对超临界C02萃取法的萃取压力、温度、反应时间进行单因数试验研究,并采用正交试验确定最佳工艺条件为萃取压力:250bar,温度:50℃,时间:120min。应用GC-MS测定、分析并比较两种方法提取决明子挥发油的化学成分,超临界CO2萃取法得到更多挥发油成分,测得有效成分主要有(Z,Z)-9,12-十八碳二烯酸(25.11%)、油酸(24.66%)、正十六酸(13.88%)等。

Abstract:Soxhlet extraction and supercritical CO2 extraction were compared on extracting volatile oil of cassia seeds. The extraction pressure,temperature and reaction time of supercritical CO2 extraction for volatile oil were studied and the orthogonal test was used to determine the optimum extraction conditions: extraction pressure 250bar,temperature 50℃ ,time 120min. The GC-MS was applied to analyze and compare chemical compositions of volatile oils obtained by Soxhlet extraction and supercritical CO2 extraction. The supereritical CO2 extraction is superior with higher contents of (Z,Z)9,12-octadecadienoic acid(25.11%), oleic acid (24.66%), hexadecanoie acid(13.88%) etc.
