Abstract:In order to improve the ability of a marine police ship to reliably and effectively distribute power loads under different working conditions, the automatic control system of the ship power station is designed based on PLC technology. Combined with the TPC human-machine interface, the overall structure analysis of the ship"s power plant automation monitoring system was completed, and the control system I / O configuration scheme was given. And then the collection of grid parameter and system power, system operation and system control output, and system status indication, electrical schematic diagram of analog data acquisition, system control output are also included.In addition, the program flow chart of the power station automation monitoring and control system, adopts the modulus design idea of the program structure to write the power grid and diesel engine data monitoring, power grid alarm, power plant closing and parallel detection and other programs are presentted in this paper,which improves the automation of this type of ship power station. Finally, the hardware and software design has laid a foundation for further engineering applications
