摘    要:针对坐姿下防护装备耗能情况,按照不同类型服装功耗不同的研究思路,基于控制变量法和正交试验法的实验研究,采集步进电机在坐姿下身着不同类型、不同大小、不同材质的服装的电流值和电压值等试验数据,计算各类型服装下的电机功率值,并与空载时的功率值相比较,其差值即为服装耗能。结果表明,服装大小和材质对其功耗影响微小,而服装类型影响较大,其功耗大小影响顺序为西服>运动服>T恤>不穿衣服。

Abstract:Aiming at the energy consumption of protective equipment in sitting position, according to the different research ideas of different types of clothing power consumption, based on the experimental research of control variable method and orthogonal test method, the test data such as current value and voltage value of stepper motor wearing different types, sizes and materials under sitting position are collected, and the motor power value of each type of clothing is calculated and compared with that of no-load, the difference is the clothing energy consumption. The results show that the size and material of clothing have little influence on the power consumption, while the type of clothing has great influence. The order of power consumption is suit>sportswear>T-shirt>no clothes.
