| 摘 要： | 测定了国产ＰＡＮ基碳纤维和进口碳纤维Ｔ３００的力学性能，用化学分析，扫描电镜，Ｘ射线衍射等方法研究了２种碳纤维的化学成分，表面形态，断口形貌及微晶结构参数，分析了原丝的结构对碳纤维的结构和性能的影响，以及碳纤维的结构和性能的关系。

| Abstract: | Mechanical properties of domestic and overseas (T300) PAN-based carbonfibers are measured. Chemical composition, crystallite size parameter,surface and fracture texture of both carbon fibers are studied by chemical analysis, SEM observation and X-ray. The fracture texture characteristic graph of both T300 and domestic carbon fibers are presented. On the basis, effects of the fibers structure on the carbon fibers properties and relationship between the carbon fibers structure and thier properties are analysized. |
