| 摘 要： | AKD钢材打捆机的压线辊机构是用来压紧钢线并使钢线完成送线和捆扎等动作要求的结构。对其进行分析时引用了"轧辊"轧制的原理,将压线辊看作"轧辊",捆绑用钢线看作"轧件",同时利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件,对这一过程进行仿真模拟。通过分析求解压线辊对钢线的压紧力,其结果与实际设备相关性能测试的结果相符合,证明了分析的合理性和有效性。

| Abstract: | The wire pressing roller of AKD rolled steel bundling is used to compact the steel wire and make it carry out the action requirement of wiring and packing successfully.The principle of "rolling" was quoted when analysing:the wire pressing roller was considered as "roller",the steel wire was considered as "workpiece",and the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software was used to finish the simulation analysis of this process.By analysing the pressing force,the results of simulation analysis are consistent with the testing results of pratical device performance,which proves the rationality and validity of the simulation analysis. |
