多元铁基非晶合金的制备及高温磁性研究

摘    要:本文采用机械合金化法(MA)制备Fe-Ti-Cu系三元非晶合金.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和振动样品次强计(VSM)对样品的结构及磁性能进行测试,结果表明:Fe、Ti、Cu元素之间发生相互扩散,当扩散速度增加到一定程度,来不及形成有序结构,而形成Fe-Ti-Cu非晶合金.球磨得到的Fe-Ti-Cu非晶合金在高温下发生晶化,最后晶化的产物为FeTi、Fe2Ti、CuTi2的混合物.Fe-Ti-Cu非晶合金在高温下的磁性能随晶化产物的不同而变化.

Abstract:The Fe-Ti-Cu amorphous alloy has been prepared by mechanical alloying. XRD and VSM were employed to study structure and magnetic properties of samples. It is found that Fe-Ti-Cu mixed powders can form amorphous by atom diffusion. The structure of product after thermo-crystallization of Fe-Ti-Cu amorphous alloy as FeTi, Fe2Ti and CuTi2 phase. The magnetic properties of Fe-Ti- Cu amorphous alloy related with structure of product after thermo- crystallization during heat treatment.
