| 摘 要： | 给出了一类可反对称化矩阵反问题AX=B有解的充分必要条件及有解时其解的一般表达式，另外，在相应的解集合中给出了与给定矩阵的最佳逼近解的表达式。

| Abstract: | The necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of and the expressions for one kind of anti-symmetrizable solutions of the inverse problem AX=B are derived. In addition, in corresponding solution set of the inverse problem, the explicit expression of the nearest matrix to a given matrix in Frobenius norm is given. |
