细粒级煤泥的乳化液浮选

摘    要:采用二种不同的乳化剂乳化煤油,并分别对不同煤种的细粒煤泥进行浮选,实验室和工业性试验结果表明,用非离子型的RM-1乳化剂制取的煤油乳化液对细粒煤泥具有良好的浮选选择性,同时RM-1本身是一种良好的浮选促进剂。用阴离子型的油酸钠制取的煤油乳化液虽可节约用量,但浮选选择性不好。

Abstract:Adopt two kinds of different emulsifiers to float the fine slime of different kinds of coals. The laboratory and commercial tests show that the nonionic kerosene emulsion made from RM- 1 emulsifier has a good floating selectivity to fine slime,at the same time, the RM- 1 itself is also a good noatation activity. However, the anionic kerosene emulsion made from oleic acid sodium is not good on selectivity in spite of decreasing the cost.
