正已烷和超临界流体CO_2中酶催化酯化作用的试验研究

摘    要:以酶作催化剂分别在正已烷和超临界流体CO_2溶剂中,用不同浓度的丁酸和庚醇进行酯化反应,并用Hp-5890气相色谱仪对反应产物进行了分析.结果表明,总反应级数近似为一级.这两种溶剂的反应速率对比表明,在超临界流体里的反应速率比在有机溶剂里的反应速率大,超临界流体可以代替传统的有机溶剂.

Abstract:Esterfication of butyric acid and heptanol of different concentrations was carried out in n-hexane and supercritical carbon dioxide solvents by using lipase as acatalyst. The reactor volume was 1.41 mL. The concentrations of the products were determined by gas-chromatography. The test results showed that the reaction was of first order and the reaction velocity constant in supercritical carbon dioxide was greater than in n-hexane. Supercritical carbon dioxide was an alternative to organic solvent used in enzymatic catalysis.
