| 摘 要： | 本文以高校体育系无跨栏经历的学生为研究对象，通过实验研究，对田径跨栏心理障碍出现的时间进行分析。研究结果曼示：跨栏心理障碍人数的变化具有三高峰形态；教学时间的长短与心理障碍的人数具有极大的相关性；跨栏心理障碍存在性别差异。并针对教学实践，对田径跨栏心理障碍的控制提出合理的解决方案。
