摘    要:在琼脂凝胶体系中,研究铁离子-生物小分子相互作用对草酸钙晶体生长和周期性沉淀的影响,并通过FTIR、XRD等测试方法对晶体进行表征.结果表明:在加入铁离子-生物小分子的体系中均出现了较清晰的周期性沉淀环;一定浓度的铁离子-甘氨酸的存在能更有效地抑制一水草酸钙(COM)生长.

Abstract:Influences of the interaction of metal ions with small biomolecules on the crystallization of calcium oxalate and the formation of periodic ringed precipitation were investigated in the agar gel system.Various calcium oxalate crystals were characterized using powder X-ray diffraction,infrared spectra and biomicroscope with digital camera.The results indicate that periodic ringed precipitation produced in all those metal ions-small biomolecules gel system,and the formation of COM was inhibited with a certain concentration of Fe3 (0.1 mol/L)-Gly in the gel system.
