| 摘 要： | 针对高等职业院校学生在心理和行为上的特点,关注学生心理,树立其自信心;消除学生厌学情绪,提高学生的心理素质;加强思想政治教育和校园文化建设,增强学生自我约束力;利用职业生涯规划,提升学生的行为素质等,可以有效地提高教育管理实效。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the features in psychology and behavior,we should care about the students＇ spiritual world,help them to build self-confidence and get rid of weariness of studying to improve their psychological qualities.We should strengthen the ideological education and the construction of campus culture,develop their self-discipline,take a full advantage of career planning to improve their behavioral qualities with the purpose of improving the effectiveness of education management |
