耳穴电位反应病变的特异性

摘    要:用微机实验系统研究了32例正常人和47例上消化道(食道、胃和十二指肠)病例的耳穴体表电位.结果表明,电位变量J具有区分病变的显著性,P<0.01.J的概率密度函数定量地描述反应病变的特性,获得临界指标J0和诊断评价指标的估值均数:特异度S-p=0.84,敏感度S-e=0.81,准确度r-=0.82,约登指数r∧-=0.65.耳穴电位可能具有较好的诊断应用前景

Abstract:We researched electric characteristic of the auricular points between 32 normal persons and 47 cases of Upper Digestive Tract by a micro commpurter experiment system. The result shows: the potential variable J is of significace distinguishing pathologic change, P <0.01. The probability distribution of J can describe the specificity reflecting pathology. We obtained index estimates evaluating differential diagnoses: specificity S - p =0.84, sensitivity S - e =0.81,accuracy r [DD(-*2]-=0.82 and Youden's indexr r ^- =0.65 by the probability funciton of J . The application of the otopoint potential probably will have a bright prospect.
