ITER中国固体实验包层温度场数值模拟

摘    要:利用计算流体力学数值模拟软件F luen t对国际热核实验堆(ITER)的中国固体实验包层模块(TBM)的第一壁B e、B e球床中子增殖区、L i4S iO4陶瓷球床氚增殖区、以及结构材料的温度场进行二维和三维数值模拟。研究TBM各区及冷却剂氦气流道的温度场分布,并对二维和三维计算结果进行比较。结果表明:除极小区域外,各材料层的温度均低于该材料所允许的工作温度;二维模拟结果与三维模拟结果基本符合,为了简化计算,在初步分析中可采用二维模拟。分析结果可作为ITER中国固体实验包层模块的热工水力学优化设计的参考。

Abstract:Two and three dimensional temperature fields in the Chinese helium cooled solid breeder test blanket module(CH HCSB TBM) used in the international thermonuclear experimental reactor(ITER) were simulated using the general-purpose computational fluid dynamics code Fluent.Temperature distributions were given for the Be armor,the Be pebble bed,the Li_4SiO_4 pebble bed,the TBM structural material,and the helium coolant in the cooling pipe.The results show that the temperatures in each material are below the allowed material work temperatures and that the two dimensional results agree reasonably well with the three dimensional results.The analysis can be used to further optimize the thermal hydraulic design of the breeder blanket module.
