| Abstract: | Recent years the dispute of the intellectual property is increasing continuously, but many enterprises don't know what kind of the path they should select to solve the dispute is more beneficial to their own interest. This paper introduces some paths and procedures for mediating the dispute of enterprises' intellectual property such as the judicial reconciliation, arbitration, and judicial action, etc. |
