高校政治辅导员激励管理对策论

摘    要:要稳定辅导员队伍,就必须关注需求,要提高效率,就必须给予激励。高校辅导员激励管理较为不足,应引入民主参与机制,激励个性化发展;注重职业生涯规划管理,满足自我实现需要;完善组织管理制度,激发公平竞争;营造和谐环境,体现人文关怀。从而全面激发辅导员队伍的活力,实现高校思想政治教育目标。

Abstract:To keep a stable management team requires more attention to the college assistants, and to improve efficiency needs incentives. Efforts should be made to introduce in democratic participation, promote individualized development, meet their personal needs, improve managing systems, encourage fair competition, build a harmonious environment and show humane care so as to mobilize the college assistants' enthusiasm and attain the goal of political education.
