| 摘 要： | 针对车牌识别中的字符识别问题,提出了一种改进的模板匹配方法,首先把字符模板根据某种特征进行粗分类,特征类似的分到同一组,识别时首先提取字符的这种特征,根据特征提取相应分组的模板进行匹配,最后给出识别结果。
