2006-2007年中国妇产科学发展动向分析

利用词频分析法,对2006-2007年中国出版的4种重要、综合的妇产科学期刊论文中的关键词进行了分析,以了解中国近年来妇产科学的主要研究动向。统计结果表明,妊娠并发症、卵巢肿瘤、宫颈肿瘤、多囊卵巢综合征、子宫内膜异位症、蛋白质谱、基因、妇科外科手术等领域是2006-2007年中国妇产科学领域的主要研究热点,研究方法普遍集中在基因、细胞调亡、受体水平。研究领域基本与世界同步,但研究方法相对滞后。中国应加强妇产科学理论与方法学的研究,并重视原始创新。

Analysis of Researches on Obstetrics and Gynecology in China from 2006 to 2007

In order to have a picture of researches on obstetrics and gynecology in China in recent years, this paper analyzes the key words of the top 4 general obstetrics and gynecology journals from 2006 to 2007 in China, by the method of word frequency analysis. It is found that pregnancy complications, ovarian neoplasms, cervix neoplasms, polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis, proteomics, gene and gynecologic surgical procedures were the most concerned topics in the field of obstetrics and gynecology in China from 2006 to 2007, which agrees with the trends in the world. The researches were mostly focused on the levels of gene, apoptosis and receptors, which seems to show a lag with respect to the current world level.
