基于层次分析法的高速公路雾区限速研究

摘    要:高速公路雾天行车存在着严重的安全隐患,国内许多高速公路在雾天采取封闭交通的对策,这种方式虽然杜绝了雾天的交通事故,但是却以完全丧失高速公路的运输能力为代价。文章通过层次分析法提出了雾天行车的最好办法——就是根据高速公路监控系统中心的信息采集系统收集到的信息,及时针对交通流量、气象、道路等综合因素进行合理的限速,最大程度地提高高速公路的使用效率。

Abstract:It is dangerous to drive on expressways in foggy days, in which many expressways in China are closed, which may put an end to traffic accidents, but is at the cost of transportation. The paper, based on analytic hierarchy process, proposes that the best method is, according to the information collected in the monitoring system of expressways, to timely and reasonably restrict the speed, taking into consideration such integral factors as traffic flow, road and weather, so as to promote the efficiency to the maximum.
